Raichu hat plan

Yush, with the help of some tutorials, I plan to make a raichu hat, BEEEEEECAAAAAAAAAAUUUUSSSEEEEEE
1) I can
2) It pisses off teachers with its long tail >:-D
3) Cause raichu is my fav pokemon (other than umbreon there tied)

I hope it shall succeed cuz its my first hat.

This is MY design, do not steal. Ask for permission when wanting to use.

I do not own raichu, raichu belongs to pokemon. Which belong to..... the magical people who own pokemon!
